Account verification

I had submitted my account for approval on 08/10/2022, it's status is still pending. How much time does it take to verify the account?

We still can't get an answer and are unsure what to do. Customers are super frustrated with Clover.

Please check your email and spam for an email regarding submitting documents for proof of address etc. We have an automated email that gets sent out and requests information be sent to a secure Box address. This allows us to securely view the files that you submit so that we can verify that the information you provided on your developer account s accurate and recent
