One of our clients has complained that their customers cannot scan the QR code that is being printed on the receipt. When I check the QR code and see the URL that it redirects to, it seems like that URL is missing the order id parameter.
https://XXXXX.com/clover/claim_sale?m=7YCS0SVKQEZA1&p=2V988EJZ8PTWC&c=p
As you can see this URL has the m and p parameters but for some reason it does not have o= parameter.
Can you please explain why that might be.
