402 Payment Required, Street address is not provided

We started to receive "402 Payment Required" Payment Failures after August 4th for all customer Ecommerce API Payments for one Merchant only in Production System. (Other Merchants do not have this problem) These are not ZIP code mismatch errors. Reason given is " Street address is not provided". (We do not take any address for these online food orders for the restaurant)
Example Error:

What can cause this error? Was there a recent change for address verifications?

We found the reason why we had started to receive { 402 Payment Required: Street address is not provided" error with e-commerce (with API) order/payment attempts.
Merchant recently had added a new POS device for the store. During this process somehow Private API Token was deleted. (not sure how this could happen - Clover should look in to this )
After Merchant regenerated a new Private API Token and we updated the E-Commerce API access credentials, it started to work normal again.
