Clover Development Kit - Unable to set up Clover Station

I am setting up a clover station. I have gone through all the steps but it keeps erroring out in the "Select Plan" step. Get HTTP 499 Application error irrespective of the plan I select. Help!

BY THE WAY, Merchant ID in developer portal is 2V8WTBYRZ58M1
