We are seeing a lot of failed and/or duplicate payments since almost a month now. Your phone support team has been completely useless, and the email team they redirected me to "canadaclientservices@fiserv.com" hasn't answered since almost a week now.
To make it worst, no one is able to answer this simple question: Am I losing any money/transactions while your system bugs and goes sporadically into offline mode.
I already talked to my internet provider twice and they haven't found any connection issues on their end.
I NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. AND NO, I WILL NOT REBOOT MY SYSTEM FOR THE 10TH TIME.
