403 Request forbidden by administrative rules.

Hello, I am trying to create an item via API on clover.com not on sandbox, but I am getting 403 Request forbidden by administrative rules.

What does that mean exactly?

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

The first thing I would check is your URL - https://docs.clover.com/reference/api-reference-overview#production-base-urls. If the url looks good you will need to provide us details on your request (excluding any tokens, and your app id in a moderator's only comment).

Ah yes, its api.clover.com, not www.clover.com. That solved. Thank you
