App secret is not available in the App Settings page

In what situation the app secret in the app settings empty?
Looking in the API request result, the appSecret is an empty string.

Can you clarify what you are doing? You are making an API request, or you are looking at the request via your browser's debug tools when you access your app settings from the dashboard?

I'm looking for App Secret in Clover dashboard (App Settings) page.
I was looking at the request via browser's debug tools when I access my app settings from the dashboard.


I remember the app secret is there. Or something has changed?

I just checked your dashboard and the secret is there. What browser are you using, are you using your phone or something? It may be an issue with the display on a small screen.

I'm using Microsoft Edge latest version.
Looking at the response, the "appSecret" is empty.
My role is developer. Maybe now only the owner can see the secret?

Also, some time ago I used to see the webhook URL is empty for a couple of minutes. Now it is there.

Yeah, you may not be able to see it as developer.
