Rate Limits

The rate limit documentation references "App" limit. The question is what is considered the app?

If you have 1,000 customers using your app, can each of them query the Clover API at the same time because they are considered individual apps? Or, would this give a 429 error because all 1,000 locations are using the same app even though they are different merchants/customers?

If 1000 customers have your app, each 1000 shares your app rate limit. See - https://docs.clover.com/docs/api-usage-rate-limits which describes our rate limits in more detail.
