What could be the reason for this error message to appear on ACTION_SECURE_PAY?

It's for one of our Production merchants. I will put the business ID in a private message.

Did this happen for a single payment, or is it happening for all payments?

According to the merchant, it's happening frequently.


But there are successful payments as well, so it's not always.
