I have sent a mail to developer-relations@devrel.clover.com two months ago to get additional USB wire whitelisted. We have one USB whitelisted already but now our customers are using one more model so we need that one too to get whitelisted. Yesterday I sent again regarding all the details required for USB whitelisting. I didn't get any acknowledgement and its getting delayed as some of the clients are stuck with this USB. Will be helpful if someone can follow up.
