Create RAID In Real Account

In my Sandbox Account, I created RAID. So, how can I create RAID in my product account?

The RAID will be specified in the same way in your production account.

So, I can use RAID from sandbox acc to production acc?

No, I did not say that. All semi integrations require approval in production. You need to create an app, get it approved, etc. in prod.
