Are sale/transaction webhooks supported ?

We're a company that delegates payments over wallets like Alipay/Paypal/Venmo and credit card gateways such as Cardknox/Authorize.net/Tsys and so on (payments via our web-app).

After reviewing the documentation, we didn't find a solution that matches our business-logic requirement.

Simply put - we need a way to track a Clover device's transactions/sale-creation and its processes during the Sale operations (creation/cancelation/charging etc..).

What solution(s) exists that may enable us to start integration with Clover (considering the above business-logic) ?

"transactions/sale-creation"

The order webhook will fire when an order has been created (and I believe canceled) - transactions/sale-creation.

"charging"

The payment webhook will fire when a payment has been made.

If you have some requirements that will not be satisfied by these hooks then please explain in detail exactly what you need/expect.

Thanks for the quick reply David.


Unfortunately the order webhook is not what we require.

Our requirement is for the "Sale" application on Clover devices to fire events for us to hook on, i.e. an event would be fired after entering a sale amount and pressing the "Charge" button.

Nevertheless we've decided to continue integration via the Android-app approach, as explained in the "Building With Android" section of the documentation.
