Devkits can't access my old clover account

Hi David,

I haven’t been able to reset the old Clover development account. Not clear why – but the password reset emails are not coming through from the account we created earlier in the year.


These devices were originally registered to one of our resellers. I believe they were then moved to one of our developer’s accounts; but we can’t access that accountbanymore.


Would you be able to remove the below 3 serial numbers, so I can create a new development account.



Clover mini serial number: C032EQ94670365

Clover flex serial number: C042EQ95030669

Clover flex serial number: C043EQ02560204

If you aren't receiving the email then you are probably don't have an account under that email. Please try to figure out what email you created the account under.
