Hosted Checkout - Ask for Shipping and/or Billing Address

Our apologies for posting the question again in a separate "space" but we did not get any response for our initial question. The question itself is very trivial:

Is there an option in Hosted Checkout to ask for Shipping and/or Billing address?

No, providing a shipping/billing address is not currently an option.

It is not currently possible beyond zip code.
