Sandbox ecom payment stopped working

Sandbox Ecom payment (via API) system that we have been using for months, stopped working on Nov 10th.
Payments are accepted successfully but when we check the Payment Transactions Page, it is empty since Nov 10th. Before that day they are al there.
Clover Production System is still operational for Ecom Payment API
Anyone can confirm this problem?
Did anyone hear any ETA for fixing the issue.?
