Item Image in API Response

I noticed that Clover now has the option to upload a Product Image. However, when retrieving an Item from the REST API, image URL is not sent in the response.

Is there anyway to get this image url?

Any chance there is an update on this? Getting the product image back through the API would be really helpful in a lot of different use cases.

Nothing from the ”Online ordering” section appears to be available through the API. We wanted to use the image, online name, and description for our QR code menus.

It’s seems strange that certain properties of an inventory item are available while other are not

Product images are not currently exposed to third parties via API and we do not have plans to do so, but I have started the discussion so perhaps that will be reconsidered.

We can also use an online image resizing tools to make them optimize. Such as, a convert image to 3000 x 3000 pixels will resize image to 3000 pixels.
