What is your data retention period?

Specifically we are wondering how long orders are stored for each merchant.

Hi @tdotho,

Our current policy is to keep order information for the lifetime of the merchant's relationship with Clover. We ask developers to be considerate when backfilling data, and to limit such requests to MON-FRI 08:00-12:00 UTC, SAT 09:00-12:00 UTC, and SUN 09:00-13:00 UTC.
