Order deleting after we send to device

We are sending Clover device orders from our Online Ordering platform and on a rare occasion this happens............see link and play

How are you creating the orders? Using REST? Can you share how we can try to reproduce this issue?

First thing would be to check if the order is actually deleted or if it's a problem w/ the Orders app. Can you look up the order online? Can you fetch it via the REST API?

It looks to have never been deleted.

It looks like the video was shot at 1:43:30. There were a couple calls to this order after that and paid for a few minutes after. Does this mean it showed up after a few minutes?
