Smart receipt text not printing

We have set up Smart receipt text in out application details. Also Smart receipt URL is set to our website url.

But it is not printing on out order and payment receipts.

Any other settings are required to get this print ?

Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it? You should just need to provide the text/url, and it should be added to your receipts. I'm seeing it working on mine.

Yes. We did install/uninstall many times. But still not working.

What's your app ID? I can see if it prints correctly on my test merchant and machine.

Now we managed custom text printing using ImagePrintJob . Its working fine for complete custom receipt.
