Reset Development Kit

Hello all. We recently purchased a second hand dev kit to work on our app. Unfortunately they did not reset it and do not know the account that it was attached to. Is there a way to reset it so that we can use it for testing purposes?

Devkits should be purchased from our website, not second-hand. I am not sure there is anything we can do in this situation. Please contact devkit@clover.com and see if they can help.
