The Sale Request was canceled.

When I do semi-integration test, I got error showing on the Flex 2 screen as

The SaleResponse is

1626881904225.png

I use the same code and it was working on yesterday, but got error this morning.

I noticed the version of Secure Network Pay Display App is 1.0-379 Published on 08-Jul-2021.

Maybe Secure Network Pay Display App updated this morning. Is this error because of the newer version?

The ID of Clover Flex 2 is C043UQ04550076

Please help,

It's fixed, now it's working

I have a new question, websocket have never been connected to

wss://Clover-C043UQ04550076 .local.:12345/remote_pay

It only works on wss://192.168.xx.xx:12345/remote_pay

If it can work for the first url, it won't be affected by changed ip

Please help

There are environmental limitations to using host name, what SDK are you using? Does your OS support mdns lookups?

Cloud works fine with device name, I tested it recently. Your issue may be Windows related.
