Unable to enable developers options disabled on the Clover Flex

Hi @Vishal are you able to help me with enabling the Developer Options on the Clover Flex as I tried tapping 7 times on Build number but that didn't do anything. Also, I don't have the Hub to connect clover flex to my iMac.

@Viraj Can you verify from the Help app > Diagnostics > Additional Details that the device is pointed at https://sandbox.dev.clover.com (DEV). See https://help.clover.com/device-diagnostics/?userDevice=flex for instructions to open the Diagnostics menu

Also, you posted this in the Semi-Integration space but Flex is not currently a semi-integrated device.

Thank you @rachel for your reply. Yeah the device that we received isn't pointing to the Sandbox (Dev) environment so that's the reason I wasn't able to enable the Developer Options.

You can order a devkit from https://cloverdevkit.com/, which you'll need in order to be able to sideload apps or use adb.

@rachel but we won't be able to start integrating our merchant app on the clover dev kit if Flex doesn't support semi-integration, correct?
