Can I test payment from VietNam?

Hi everyone, I'm from Vietnam, I have a payment development job for Clover Android. I try to create Clover Emulator to check payment but it doesn't work. I have some questions:

1 - If I order DevKit Clover to Vietnam. Can I check payments on DevKit from Vietnam?

2 - Can I test payment on Clover Emulator from Vietnam.

1) Yes the devkit should work fine from Vietnam. Please see the note here - https://docs.clover.com/docs/setting-up-your-devkit regarding shipping.

2) You cannot test payments on an emulator.
