What is Site URL for my private use app?

I am making private app for my company, I have applied for developer account, and I am preparing my app for approval.

What is the SIte URL I should write? the frontend website URL? Do i have to do Oauth? I am the only one who use this app.

If I remember your situation, you work for a Clover merchant and are building an app just to access your merchant's data. You can just use a merchant token for this if you would like. In that case, the site url won't matter much, you can just use your front-end website. This is the site the merchant will be directed to if they select your app from the dashboard.
