There seems to be a delay of around 6 to 8 minutes for our android application which is running on the merchant's clover device to receive the ACTION_ORDER_SAVED or ACTION_PAYMENT_PROCESSED broadcast. We are seeing this with one of our production merchants. What could be the cause for this?
How often does this happen? Are the actions (payment, order saved) happening local to the device or on another device?
Hi @David Marginian we carried out more testing on this with the merchant. And found out around 60% of the orders were delayed (some were delayed by half an hour).
Are there anyways from your end to check if this merchant has an issue with their device and broadcast not being fired.
