Developer kit delivery wrong

I have been waiting to receive a dev flex. After it was late in arriving I checked the tracking an I see that the zipcode is wrong. Called Fedex and they seem to have the correct zipcode but the wrong city. Was told to contact Clover however there seems to be no way to do this other than here.
