developer does not exist

I can't access my product developer account. When I go to create new account. it email sent but I get nothing in my Inbox.1617029562599.png

You can't create multiple accounts with the same email address, which is why you aren't receiving an email. As far as the Page not found error, can you explain the steps you are taking? In a private/moderators only comment can you provide your developer id?
