Recently we are upgrading the label printer to EPSON TM-L90 PLUS Direct Thermal Sticky Label Printer to our merchant since this is native support from the Clover system.
All store equipped size sticky labels for printer: 2 ¼” X 1 ¼” Direct Thermal Labels.
However, we found there are a lot of issues and we hope your team can help us out since this is a very heavy investment for the new Epson printer.
- Missing/overlap Moderifers
- Order not print out per label
Please also refer to attachment for additional evident label printout issues, we try different settings including adjusting font size to S or M, it will cost even more chance to print two items in one label. We try to adjust the size to L, it will be very easy to overlap to the second label if moderfiler or name is long.
The correct way and our expectation should be:
- Regardless size of font, each item should restrict Print at ONLY 1*Label with modifiers. Not try to fit 2 or more items into 1*Label.-That should fix the overlap or missing information issues. 1 Label=1 Item
We very much need this issue fixed since the employee made the drink very based on the label and that will impact a very negative customer experience if they miss any detailed information on it.
