Inventory Stock is not incrementing after partial or full item refund.

Hello,

We noticed that the stock is decreasing successfully when order is paid but when we refund any order for a full refund or a partial refund by item then the stock should increment by the respected quantity.


Can someone please look into this issue and advise?

It would be helpful if you would tell us what API you are using to pay for the order and how you are refunding it (what API).

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

I am not using any API for making an order or refunding an item.

We are doing sales from Clover Station Pro and Flex register apps directly from the devices.

And processing the refunds from those devices using the Transactions App.
