Inventory Stock count didn't increase back after return item using order refund
Once we have sell any item, then item count is decreased from item stock. But once we have refund that order and choose return item option then item stock count is not increase back to original count. Is it default feature or we missed anything. We are planning to use item stock count for inventory stock app.
You didn't miss anything, item stocks are decremented when the order is paid for, but are not incremented in the case of a full or partial refund. I'm fairly sure they also are not incremented when for a line item refund or line item exchange. Merchants have to manually correct the stock count.
