Clover App Approval: Flxpoint

A fellow customer, Earthward, had a build completed for our program in October. We have been waiting for approval since October 2020 and are having trouble getting a timeline on this. We were originally told this would only take 9 weeks and we are well past this timeframe. Is there any update on approval for our App for Flxpoint? Is there anything we can do to expedite this request? Please let us know.
