we submitted our APP back in June, 2020, its a wordpress / WooCommerce plug-in to work with Clover. first we needed to get approved as a Developer, that has happened in November. and now since November, nothing -- anyone out there can help?
why does it take so long to get approved to get an app approved?
Please read about the app approval process here - https://docs.clover.com/docs/developer-app-approval. The process is involved and depending on a variety of factors (quality and completeness of the information provided by the developer, app complexity, etc.) normally takes 9 plus weeks. Currently, we are working through a large number of applications and are experiencing increased wait times.
I don't see any record of correspondence from you in our system. Please contact appmarketbusiness@clover.com for an update.
