I'm installing a clover flex and get the following message:

Transaction declined: charge declined.INV TERM ID.902.

How do I resolve this?

You will need to provide a lot more information. Is this a devkit? How are you taking the payment?

I created a sale on my POS (micros res 3700); pulled up the ticket on the Flex; then tapped a cc; also tried scanning a cc chip. same message.
