USB Pay Display on Clover Mini auto turn off

Clover Mini --- Semi Integrated with Window Winform. The USB Pay Display always auto turn off leaving the POS not connected with Clover Mini via USB pay display.

The result merchant have to put in admin pin and turn on USB Pay display again. It only happen to this 1 particular merchant.

What cause it? is it the Internet cause the problem or clover mini need to upgrade?

Auto turn off? What is the behavior the merchant is seeing? The lock screen? Can you give me a device serial number in a private post?
