Do not see option to upload APK in Sandbox developer console

We've been developing our app for a while and have had no problems uploading APKs to Sandbox. However this morning when we went to the Sandbox developer console for our app we can no longer find the option to upload a new version of an APK for our app. Has something changed in the last week on the Sandbox portal to move/hide the upload new APK option?

EDIT: Should be working; please let me know if that's not the case.
