How can I launch the Help > Diagnostics app with an intent?

I am able to launch the Help app using "com.clover.help" but I would like to directly open "Diagnostics". Can this be done with an intent?

There is not a public intent for accessing Help > Diagnostics.

I'm referring to the Diagnostics section of the Help App where I can run speed tests, view connection history, etc. Can this not be used by the merchant?
