Why are there two separate types for Discount?

The former is a discount on the order. The latter is a discount on an inventory item.

For example, a 10% discount on the entire order, vs, $1 off your large fries.

If you are asking why we didn't have a single type to represent both. I don't have a good answer for that. It's possible that could have worked.

Yes. I was curious why there wasn't a single type to represent both because they seem to share the same model. And it looks like you can in effect apply a discount for an "inventory item" to an order.
