APP pricing issue

Hi team,

my app ID is BPT7X3JNXGNA0.

My app was rejected with the following reason:


I am following up on my previous request for additional information about your app (APP ID: BPT7X3JNXGNA0.)

We have temporarily rejected your app until the following information is provided:

  1. We noticed the two subscription tiers you have created are currently disabled and we have been unable to install your web app on our merchant. We kindly ask that you enable at least one subscription tier so we can bring the functional review of your app

My ultimate goal for pricing is ONLY metered pricing, no subscription pricing. $0.30 per usage and that's it. Can you show me how to set things up properly?
