Custom Tender registration issue

Hi Clover devs,
I have created couple of custom tenders and registering them on app launch . It is working fine for most of the merchants but somehow for one merchant even after launching tender application tender button is not available on tender screen.
How can I troubleshoot this issue?

Hi Jai .. I am struggling to add my custom tender to the tender screen ... it gives me a permission error. Is there a special permission for custom tenders?
