I’ve asked this question yesterday but didn’t get a clear answer and now I can’t find my post. We’re a wholesale business and using the Clover POS system. We have customers who are tax exempt. I know that in the customer’s profile we can put in the note section that they are “tax exempt.” When I am ringing the customer up & add their name into the transaction, only their name appears. Is there a way that when I add the customer’s name during a transaction that I’ll be able to see their notes? Or is there a way to inform me that the customer is tax exempt?
