Is there any way to get the cardholder's name when the card number is keyed in as a manual refund? Thanks!

That's not possible with a manual card entry.

Thanks for the reply. I figured so. There's no way to match the card number with any previous transactions in my dashboard either?

We don't store enough card data to do that even if we did I don't think doing something like that would be compliant.
