When a customers place an order on my online ordering platform the order does not go through and the transaction shows as failed. We've tested in the sandbox thoroughly before going to production and there were no issues. Can someone please advise?

I looked into the payment and it is failing due to a transarmor token issue. I believe this is an issue with configuration at the merchant level. Please see this - https://community.clover.com/questions/748/urgent-production-issuedeclinedinv-tran-from-rest.html
