We are integrated as a Custom Tender that processes payments and refunds. We are able to successfully refund orders, but the tip is not reported as being refunded on the web console. In the screenshots below you can see that the refund, including the tips, is successfully processed in the orders app on clover, but the tips are not indicated as being refunded on the web console.
The pictures are kind of meaningless now that I look at them. Basically all of the orders that had tips were refunded, but tips still show up for the employee in some of the reporting. Is that by design?
