I have a sandbox account and ready to move forward to publish it.


But I cannot find production developer account signup link.

Next question, when I entered my bank routing number,

i entered a 9-digit, but it shown "routing number must be 6-9 digits, and I have to erase the leading 0, to make it a 8-digit before accepting it.


Any idea?
