Can we know in which case below message displays?

Hi,

We got this message from our live merchant for our Kiosk app

"You may need to launch Rewards or Promos to set up,

Reason(s) not ready to validate:[merchant not live, program not configured, location not live] "

We have tested in our sandbox device but didn't get. We don't know in which case its getting

Can we know clover team in which case they will display this message.

Hi Ramya, That message is part of the Rewards functionality offered by Clover, and simply means that your merchant does not have a Rewards program set up. I take it you saw this by tapping on the "Select Customer" tender button in Register?
