It's possible based on the merchant's configuration. If you are asking if you as a 3rd party developer can cause those options to be disabled where they are otherwise available to the merchant, the answer is no, it's not possible.

This is setup when the merchant is onboarded for payment processing with First Data. The merchant can later manage the setting through the FDPOS management console, through First Data. Unfortunately since this is something that has to be synced with First Data payment processing it's not a simple toggle from the Clover Web Dashboard or Setup application. It's something we are working in improving.
