New Service Plan Problem - Merchants Unable to Install App

Hi Clover,

We have received multiple calls from merchants using the New Clover Plans complaining that they cannot install our app. Per our developer account in "Edit Merchant Availability" our app will work with "Class Merchants & Register Merchants" but we have been getting calls from merchants on the Register and Table Service plan that they cannot install our app and it asks them to change their plan. We have merchants that changed their plans to "Register" they cannot install our app.

Basically, Merchants on any of the new Clover plans cannot install our app.

Please provide some guidance on we can fix this.

You should contact appmarketbusiness@clover.com. I would provide them with a few merchant ids that are unable to install your app as well as the information you provided here.
