how to consume REST API from production environments?

Hello Team,

I would like to pull data from the production environment. Could you please guide me through the exact steps?

I have followed the provided documents, but I am still receiving a 401 error, indicating unauthorized access. I have ensured that I am using the correct MerchantID and token. Could you please suggest what might be missing on my side?

Did you change the environment from sandbox to a prod domain?
