Application won't show up in appmarket even though it's published

Currently new merchants are unable to download our application, our application is not showing up on the Appmarket publicly, merchant needs to have it installed prior for it to show up on the Appmarket.

Any help would be great since Dev support has been reduced to this being the only Channel.

I have a partial refund dated yesterday for a merchant that hasn't been billed yesterday. Can you explain?

My installs have dropped to almost nothing. Can we get an answer as to what is going on please? Started about two weeks ago for me.
