We are using the Ecommerce API and iframe+sdk.js integration. Single use tokens are working. Is there any way to request the card token to be multi use? If we try payment using the token, it rejects saying multi use token was not set. So there seems to be some possibility of multi use tokens

Yes. It wasn't clear- if the token is saved for a customer object, does it become a multi use token?
The title of the section is "Saving a card for future transactions", so I would assume it should work. Is that not the case?
